What started as a passion project for Hani quickly evolved into a full blown business of it’s own. The award winning restauranteur began flipping properties as a hobby in 2015 all whilst continuing to run his restaurants simultaneously.

Within the first year of creating Empire 1 Designs, Hani independently flipped and designed five penthouse units in the Galleria area of Houston. With each sale creating a record high for the building, it became apparent that this was no longer a hobby. He continued to purchase and flip properties within River Oaks, Galleria, and Tanglewood soon after. Empire 1 Designs has now flourished into a full service brand that can assist in every aspect of a project.
